Adapt Manifesto
The Adapt Manifesto aims to align leaders around a core set of principles to help organisations reliably and repeatedly adapt to the changing environment in which they operate. Its seven values and 10-part code of practice offer a framework for successfully navigating the opportunities and obstacles inherent in any transformation, innovation or change program.
The Adapt Manifesto is a mind-set precursor that identifies values and principles required to achieve sustainable adaptability.
Co-created by Greg Verdino and Ian Patterson, the grassroots initiative is endorsed by a growing number of signatures.
